Martin D-12-35 twelve string acoustic guitar in need of some restoration; Back and sides: rosewood, clouding to back, binding separation to waist, some lacquer loss; Top: brown finish, depression to treble side of sound hole beneath pickguard, pickguard peeling to edges; Neck: large bow, appears to have had a previous attempt at neck reset, refinishing; Fretboard: ebony; Frets: good; Case: original hard case; Weight: 2.21kg; Overall condition: poor
