1960s Hofner President bass guitar, made in Germany; Body: sunburst finish, refinished, heavy lacquer checking, vacant strap button hole below the neck heel, repair beneath the neck pickup; Neck: reset and requires resetting again with the action very high despite the neck appearing straight; Fretboard: rosewood; Frets: good; Electrics: neck pickup requires attention as not currently functioning; Hardware: generally good, replaced tuner buttons, original internal label damaged through refinishing process; Weight: 2.56kg; Overall condition: poor
