Hofner V3 electric guitar, made in Germany, circa 1960, ser. no. 4x6; Body: brunette finish, lacquer checking, rubbing, dings and marks; Neck: mild wear, various dings; Fretboard: rosewood; Frets: indent wear throughout; Electrics: require attention; Hardware: generally good; Case: original Selmer hard case, exterior wrap removed and painted black; Weight: 3.54kg; Overall condition: fair * From the estate of the late Trevor White, who was a long time member of Bristol based band ‘The Delinquents’ supporting many larger artists during the 60’s/70’s. Trevor was also the UK guitarist for the late Gene Vincent. Trevor helped Gene and Eddie Cochran into a taxi outside the Bristol Hippodrome and was probably one of the last people to see Eddie alive before the fatal night on 17th April 1960.
