1965 Gibson Byrdland hollow body electric guitar, made in USA, ser. no. 5xxxx6; Body: sunburst finish; Neck: maple, good; Fretboard: ebony; Frets: good; Electrics: working; Hardware: generally good although green oxidisation to pickup covers from pickguard gassing, further minor tarnishing to metal hardware and other minor gold plating loss; Case: original hard case; Weight: 3.05kg; Overall condition: very good for age *One of only sixty-six Gibson Byrdlands shipped in 1965, from a total production run of seven hundred and twenty-eight Florentine cut sunburst Byrdlands made between late 1960 and 1968
