693 :: Marshall 1959 Super Lead 100 watt Plexi guitar amplifier head, made in England, late 1967/1968, housed within an early 1970s red tolex box * The renowned '12 Series Plexi' with laydown transformer, ser. no. 12170. A selection of old parts are included, along with a Marshall dust cover. Purchased by the vendor in the US and completely rewired for live use in 2006 with Zoso caps, new resistors, filter caps etc. The head is housed in a later early '70s red box and the mains is currently hard wired for UK 230 volt. The first switch is not wired, only the mains and standby.
