*Len Shevill was a banjo tutor and bluegrass player in Maida Vale, London. He often designed instruments and had them made by J.G Abbots, London. The tailpiece is the same as found on many Windsor banjos, such as the popular M1 of 1922. The most unusual aspect of this instrument is the additional two tone strings
