1962 Fender Stratocaster electric guitar, made in USA; Body: Fiesta red nitro refinished body, lacquer checking, light buckle wear, dings and marks throughout; Neck: July 62 twenty-one fret rosewood board neck, replacement decal, refinished, action high and neck slightly mis-aligned; Fretboard: rosewood, appears to have been planed over - most significantly to the upper frets with dot position markers missing to nineteenth and twenty-first fret and partially missing to fifteenth and seventeenth fret; Frets: refret including replacement brass nut; Electrics: working, bridge and neck pickup original, middle pickup replaced with a 1970s Fender Strat pickup, 1962 potentiometers and correct three-way switch, some rewiring; Hardware: generally good and appears original, 1962 serial neck plate, back cavity plate corners damaged and two screws missing; Overall condition: fair *Sold with non transferable CITES A10 certificate
