1832 Louis Panormo guitar, made in England, labelled 'Louis Panormo, The Only Maker of Guitars in the Spanish Style, 16 High Street, Bloomsbury, London, no. 2xx2, dated 1832...'; Back and sides: Brazilian rosewood, professionally restored cracks to both back and sides; Top: spruce, with minor play wear and other minor dings but generally good for age; Neck: minor play wear but generally good; Fretboard: Brazilian rosewood; Frets: wear throughout; Hardware: highly engraved 'Baker' tuning strips with shaped pearl buttons; Case: original Hart & Son ebonised wooden case; Overall condition: good/restored ** Restoration carried out by Andrew Aldridge, circa 2001.
